The Crisafulli Team was formed a few years back to pool our resources, find a healthy life balance for our growing families, and create an organization that could provide our clients with excellent customer service. We take on our role as agents (def: noun \ ’ā-jənt \ The individual in a position of special trust and confidence, with a fiduciary obligation to act in the best interests of the principal at all times) with a great deal of pride and joy, as we counsel people through what is often one of the biggest personal and financial decisions they will make.

Not to toot our own horn (though a team bio is inevitably a horn toot), but we have a ton of experience as builders, house-flippers, landlords, property managers, and real estate investors. If you have a real estate question, chances are we not only have an answer, but one from personal experience. We are regularly tackling our own new projects and investments, and sharing that knowledge with our clients.

Each of our clients is a client of the whole team. We are in constant communication to ensure we are all up-to-speed on every client and transaction, and we can work together to deliver incredible customer service, essentially 24/7. If one of us is sick, on vacation, taking time with the family, someone else is covering so that no client is ever on their own.

Just as our real estate team allows us to be greater than the sum of our parts, we are proud to be a hub with extensive professional and community connections to serve any client need that arises. Need to find a lender who can problem solve difficult financing? No problem. Need your junky garage purged to sell your house? We’ve got a guy for that. Also, we have a great rapport with most of the 1 billion or so Realtors in Northern Colorado, and that goes a long way in getting tricky deals closed.
